Kenneth W. Kahoun, Jr. is the sole Owner and President of Concrete Finishing, Inc (CFI). In 1970 Ken started his concrete finishing business in Ohio. He relocated to Arizona where he graduated from ASU, continued his company and incorporated to Concrete Finishing, Inc. in 1981. Ken works closely with owners, general contractors and landscape architects in project layout and construction.

CFI's niche is high-end decorative concrete hardscape, new golf course concrete cart path, cart path renovations and clubhouse hardscape. The equipment we use allows access to places where golf course design can make pouring concrete a challenge.

We specialize in most all types of concrete hardscape construction including exposed aggregate, sand finish, seeded glass, integral colored, stained, cast-in-place, stamped, brick, block, stone finishes and water feature work.

We are proud to say we were recently given an award from Arizona Chapter - ACI "Exposing the BEST in Concrete" 2014 Concrete Awards Program for Architectural Flooring/Hardscape Commercial for our work at Cubs Spring Training Riverview Park. As pictured on the right.

CFI is licensed in both residential and commercial construction and we have worked on projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas.
